I'm guessing that's Ricciardo* as Ronald McDonald, and I'm assuming that it's suggesting that any teammate of "King" SV will be a clown and be washing his car/windshield or something....
It's not funny, but I think I got it.
*or Michael Phelps ready to give someone a sponge bath (which makes less sense.) but is no less funny.
